GCC Countries: Standard delivery within 5-10 business days.
International: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7-21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected service. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.
Order Processing:

Cancellation Policy

If your order has already been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may follow our standard Returns & Exchanges process once the package is received.
Refund for Cancelled Orders:
If we successfully cancel your order before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
